1. Returns

As we offer Cash on Delivery and the items are paid for at the time of delivery, all sales are considered final. We encourage you to carefully review your order and ensure the items are exactly what you want before accepting them at the time of delivery.

If there is an issue with your order (damaged or defective items), please contact us immediately after receiving your delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement of the damaged or defective product.

2. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange for a return and replacement of the item.

3. Refunds

Since our transactions are processed via Cash on Delivery, we do not offer refunds for orders that are accepted upon delivery. In cases where defective or incorrect items are delivered, a replacement will be provided.

4. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The request for return or replacement must be made within 24 hours after receiving your order.
